More room for the life you're living

Selling one home and buying another at the same time is a lot to juggle. I'll line up both sides so you're never stuck in between, and you'll always know what's next.

Sell first, buy first, or both at once?

There's no single right answer. Here are the three paths most families choose, and we'll pick the one that fits your money, timing and stress level.

Sell first

Good for: knowing exactly what you have to spend.

Watch for: you may need a short-term place to land. I can negotiate extra time after closing to help.

Buy first

Good for: moving once, on your schedule.

Watch for: carrying two homes briefly. A bridge loan or home equity line can help, and I'll connect you with lenders who do them.

Contingent offer

Good for: buying with your sale as a condition.

Watch for: it can be less competitive. In today's market, many sellers are open to it.

What I'll handle for you

I plan the sale and the purchase together, so the dates line up.

  • Research tools for you

I'll share official school-zone maps, commute tools and neighborhood resources so you can research what matters to your family.
