Dreaming of acreage or a brand-new build?

Land and new construction come with their own questions: lots, utilities, builders, contracts and timelines. I'll walk you through all of it and introduce you to the right people.

Building with me, step by step

Yes, you can have your own agent when you buy from a builder. It costs you nothing extra in most cases, and it means someone is looking out for you.

  1. Find the right lot or community

Acreage in Maury County, a homesite in a new Spring Hill neighborhood, or something in between.

  2. Check the land

Zoning, utilities, septic and perc tests, road access and restrictions. I'll make sure the right questions get asked.

  3. Choose a builder

Compare builders, contracts, upgrades and warranties with someone in your corner.

  4. Stay on track

Inspections during construction and a final walkthrough, with updates from me throughout.
